Opening New Fast Pace Health Walk-In Clinic

Fast Pace Health is opening a New Walk-In Urgent Care Clinic at 2147 NC Highway 56 East, Creedmoor, NC, on Monday, May 26, 2025.  This convenient Fast Pace Health location will be open seven days a week with extended weekday and weekend hours for current residents and surrounding Granville County communities. 

We invite the community to join us and the Granville County Chamber of Commerce for a Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting on Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 11:30 AM. 

Our new facility is designed with your health needs and convenience in mind, featuring multiple exam rooms, on-site labs, x-ray capabilities, medication prescriptions, and refills.
