Job Opening: Middle Grades Teacher (Part-Time)

Start Date: August 12, 2025 | End Date: May 22, 2026Naturally Nourished Private School is now accepting applications for a passionate and skilled Middle Grades Teacher to join our academic team for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a part-time position with a focus on engaging instruction, student development, and collaborative planning.
Position Details:
Position Title: Middle Grades Teacher (Grades 4–8)
Work Hours: Approximately 84 hours per month
Work Schedule: Tuesdays through Thursdays, 9:00 AM–3:30 PM
Teachers are expected to arrive by 9:00 AM. School is also in session every 1st and 3rd Friday.
Hourly Rate: $15 - $18 per hour, based on experience
Monthly Insurance Stipend: $50 (negotiable if personal coverage is not in place)
Location: Oxford, NC
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging instruction in core subject areas
Support the academic and social-emotional growth of students
Implement classroom management strategies aligned with school culture
Collaborate with colleagues for interdisciplinary planning and events
Maintain accurate records and participate in parent communications
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A passion for teaching and nurturing middle-grade learners
Classroom teaching experience in grades 4–8 (preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with differentiated instruction and holistic learning environments
A growth mindset and willingness to collaborate
