Restoration Crew Chief

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Henderson, NC. As a Restoration Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Franklin, Vance & Granville Counties, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the restoration crew in providing fire/smoke, water, and mold restoration. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing projects, ensuring quality control, overseeing crew members' performance, communicating with clients, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in restoration or related fields
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of restoration industry guidelines and best practices
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and non-traditional hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays, when required)
• IICRC certifications (such as Water Damage Restoration Technician, Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician) are a plus
